I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to you and the entire medical and operational staff of New England Allergy for the caring, kindness and genuine concern shown to me last week when I had a severe reaction to a hornet sting. I truly believe that the reaction was life threatening and the prompt attention I received from the moment I walked in the door form the administrative staff and you and the medical staff truly did save my life; the reaction was that bad.

In this day and age where medical care has been compromised due to the complexities of the health insurance and other regulations, it is comforting to know that there are practitioners in existence that prioritize the quality of medical care over and above the constraints imposed upon the practice of medicine by unduly burdensome regulations. it is good to know that the priorities associated with traditional medical care are alice and well in the 21st century practice of medicine!
