Chinese Delegation

On Friday 9/23/2016, New England Allergy, Asthma and Immunology hosted their first visit with a delegation from China hosted by the US State Department and the World Boston organization. The delegation held a roundtable discussion about Noncommunicable Diseases, Allergy, Asthma and Immunology as well as environmentally influenced medical conditions.

The visit by the Chinese delegation was the first of several foreign delegation visits the practice will be holding at its headquarters in North Andover, MA.

In partnership with local and governmental organizations, New England Allergy hosted an international delegation of health experts and government officials as part of a Global Health Initiative to promote international cooperation on the common challenges facing the global community in the prevention, treatment, and management of multi-disciplinary health problems affecting general populations, including allergy, asthma, immune illnesses, infectious diseases, cancer, stroke, heart disease and diabetes.

The event was held at the Atkinson Resort & Country Club in Atkinson, NH.

The delegation was comprised of Secretaries and Assistant Secretaries of Health, Program Directors, CEOs, Program Officers, Medical Officers, and many professors and researchers from:
