Get ready for holiday travel. If traveling by plane keep all needed medications in a carry-on bag kept with you on the plane. If the trigger is dust mites, carry a allergen proof cover for pillow.

Avoid allergens in the Thanksgiving turkey like soy or wheat by purchasing a natural turkey, they are minimally processed and just packed in water. Thanksgiving side dishes such as stuffing can also have allergens so check the labels. Pack safe snacks for children who have allergies.
